The institute is the first third of trust in the world, in the area of the measurement of perceptible quality of digital services, to be certified EN ISO 9001-2000

Levallois-Perret, 26 may 2008 : ip-label, neutral and independent institute of measurement of the perceptible quality of digital services, announces the getting of the EN ISO 9001:2000 certification for all their activities of metrology and advice in perceptible quality of digital services. As part of its job of qualiticien, it was important for ip-label to assure their customers that the institute applied to himself a quality policy as high as stakes which it defends.

After several months of audits, Bureau Veritas office issued this certification to ip-label which becomes the first firm in the world in measurement of perceptible quality of digital services to be certified ISO 9001:2000. This norm belongs to the series of norms ISO 9000, relating to the management systems of quality. It is constituted of a list of organizational requirements necessary for the existence of a quality management system which allows to give a ruling on the certification of compliance of organism.

This international certification underlines the capacity of organization and essential of the whole team ip-label and its constant investment to offer the best service persistently to his customers. The perimeter of the certification ISO concerns the wholeness of the activity of measurement and quality advice perceptible by numerical services offered by ip-label. It is therefore so many aspects of comprehension software, validation and deployment, as of aspects working and production of measurements for the customers. The respects for the policies of security of the customers data are also included in this certification. In the same way, the processes of sale and administration of sales were also audited

The getting of this certification allows ip-label to put forwards the quality of these benefits. True guarantor of his professionalism and its reliability, this certification assures the customers of ip-label real guarantees of seriousness and riguor.

Having named a Quality Manager, and accompanied at the same time by an outside society, ip-label led the realization of the total quality control as well as the installation of its System of Management of Quality (SMQ) in one year. This year allowed the constitution of the whole documentation, and also to sensitize and work out frames of reference quality in comparison with requirements of norm and in those who are especially in relation with the job of ip-label.
