At the start of 1997, he accepted the responsibility of Director of Sales for Oléane : In December 99, he joined ISDnet/Cable & Wireless as Director of Sales and Marketing. He initiated the ip-label project at the end of 1999. Alain Gouret, Director of Development, founder - 42 years old Co-founder of the ip-label project in 2000, he holds the post of Director of Development. The position involves supporting sales, advising about methods and developing the best technical solutions and services to provide for companies. In his Product Marketing Manager role, he develops professional services and works to make the ip-label solutions completely tailored to market demand, as well as enriching the market. This is the man behind the specification and development of the VoIP monitoring solution currently offered by ip-label. He manages the Quality cluster. Christophe Depeux, Asia Pacific Director, founder - 37 years old Following studies in France and Great Britain Christophe was awarded a Magistère [high-level university degree combining academic coursework with work experience in industry] in International Relations from The Sorbonne (Paris I) after being awarded a BA in European Business from Preston University (Lancashire). Christophe completed this initial course in continuing professional education by way of a postgraduate degree in “Strategic Management and Economic Intelligence” at the EGE (ESLSCA Group). After several assignments and experiences outside France (such as in the USA, or even in the Czech Republic on behalf of France Télécom), he became the co-Sales Director of Oléane, where he spent 5 years contributing to the development and success of the first French internet operator for companies, before it was bought by France Télécom in 1999. A co-founder of the ip-label project, he joined the team at the start of 2000 and defined and steered (together with Eric Varszegi) the sales and marketing policy for France, then European development since last year (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Germany, etc.). He combines his impeccable knowledge of the IP world and the IT industry with high-level sales and marketing skills. And now he exports ip-label’s knowledge to Asia, starting with China. William Rang, R&D and Exploitation Manager - 34 years old Awarded a DESS [advanced graduate diploma] in decision support engineering (Paris Dauphine), he was a co-founder at the start of 2000 and held the post of Technical Manager at Smartping, a company specialising in measuring the QoS in the Windows environment. After five years as a consultant for IP service quality measurement solutions, he joined ip-label as a Project Manager for mobile and television solutions, later to hold the post of Technical Manager. Michel Fleury, Consulting and Diag Center Director - 36 years old Since October 2007, Michel has responsibility for the Consulting Department of ip-label. Since the mid-2005, Michel had been responsible for selling ip-label solutions to customers in the Benelux countries. He joined ip-label at the start of 2001 to take responsibility for the various performance auditing services (performance analysis and load testing, etc.). Prior to that, he worked as a Pre-Sales Manager for Western Europe at Cable & Wireless, where he was responsible for designing tailored internet solutions for the major European ISPs. Prior to that, he worked as a telecoms rollout Project Manager on behalf of the major French companies for France Télécom, and, before that, he worked as a Network Manager, still for France Télécom, where he designed and set up a national high-speed network of over 100 sites. Michel is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille and was awarded an MSc by the University of Manchester. A graduate of EPITA [School for Computer Science and Advanced Techniques], he started his career at France Télécom as a Project Manager rolling out network administration solutions for two years. He was then given responsibility for rolling out Oléane solutions for major clients. Next, he worked for Level(3) for two years as a pre-sales manager, before he joined ip-label at the beginning of 2001, where he led the operations, production and customer services centres. France Adeline Giry-Destouesse, Direct Sales Manager - 35 years old After graduating from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce in 1994, Adeline started her career working for the ACCOR group as a sales engineer focusing on Corporate/Major Accounts. In September 1999, she joined GTS Omnicom and was appointed Sales Manager for pre-paid promotional telephone cards. Adeline has worked at ip-label since 2001 and has made a significant contribution to the customer base through direct sales and strategic partnerships. She is currently responsible for direct sales to Major Accounts and e-commerce companies in France. François Hamonet, Operators Sales Manager David Wais, Indirect Sales Manager - 33 years old David has been responsible for indirect sales to hosting companies, facilities managers and software companies since the start of 2007. After gaining a BTS [two-year employment-oriented advanced technician's diploma] in Action Commerciale [˜ Business Studies] and a Masters from the Institut du Commerce et de la Distribution [French Institute of Business and Distribution], he started his professional career undertaking work-based learning at the France Télécom business agency. David then managed sales of Internet products for Education. He then joined Oléane as a Commercial Attaché for small and medium enterprise/industry. In 2000, he was recruited by the ISDnet/Cable & Wireless group and opened the agency in Nantes with a view to developing indirect sales. David then took commercial responsibility for Print et Presse Magazine customers on behalf of Veepee. He therefore has an excellent knowledge of the key players and issues in the Internet/telecoms sector. After having supported our 300 customers for 3 years as Customer Services and Production Manager, Celine has taken the responsibility of Benelux as Country Manager. Yves-Marie Le Fur, Network Operating Manager - 30 years old Yves-Marie is a graduate of the Ecole d'ingénieur des Technologies de l'Information et du Management [Information Technology and Management Engineering School]. Having led the Intranet site creation unit for the French Navy, when he rolled out ASP applications on the Intramar portal, he managed the development of the fleet’s on-board management control system. He joined ip-label’s R&D team in 2003, where he designed and developed measurement applications. Philippe Vernois, VoIP Project Manager - 48 years old In 1981, Philippe developed role playing software which he sold to a company called Infogrames. In 1983, he launched his Minitel-based games publishing company, Examéron. Four years later, he joined Gexprime, a company specialising in the automation of banking operations on Minitel, and, as the Technical Director, he developed the bill of exchange processing, transfer and debiting operations. He joined ip-label’s development team in 2001, where he participated in ASP and streaming projects. He is currently the VoIP Project Manager and helps to roll out the new generation telephony offer. Philippe received a DESS in Computing from Montpellier University, specialising in new technologies and networks. Christelle Vandenende, ASP and Mobility Project Manager - 33 years old Between 2000 and 2003, Christelle started her career in the development team for document publishing software for banks and insurance companies. She joined ip-label in 2003 as a Development Engineer for the Datametrie solution. She is currently the ASP and Mobility Project Manager and plays a major role in defining and adapting ip-label's offer for mobile terminals. Christelle also manages the ENEIDE project, the purpose of which is to jointly define and develop the digital spaces of the future, particularly those in the educational field. Dimitri Mottet, Customer Services Manager Graduate by ISEP and awarded an MSc in network conception and architecture by ENST, Dimitri has been managing the Diag Center, which currently has approximately 10 staff. His role involves supporting the 300 ip-label customers from the production of their monitoring scenarios to the diagnosis of the measurements, right through to the final report. Administrative and Financial Department Marie-Hélène Galliard, Administration and Finance Manager - 42 years old Marie-Hélène’s professional journey began in 1990 when she found herself responsible for the administrative and financial management of a software company. She joined ip-label in 2000 and assumed responsibility for all administrative aspects of sales and financial management: internal order management, customer billing, relations with financial brokers, customer recovery and human resource management. Marie-Hélène has been part of the teams since ip-label was created and plays a key role in the current growth and longevity of the company. | |
